Each certification is advertised at 10 promotion points; all five are advertised at 50 points total. Individual certifications are $24 each, with a single $30 processing fee per order. Bundles carry no processing fee.

How is correspondence support priced?

Correspondence support provides training support and study resources. It is priced at $4 per 5-hour block, up to a maximum of 450 hours. Enter either the hours you have completed or the hours you have remaining, and the calculator determines the other. If your remaining hours are not a multiple of 5, the final partial block is rounded up to a full 5-hour block. The calculator shows this before you add anything to your cart.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for certifications or any other purchase on this website, and orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
